Our coverage Honeybee changed providers to Benecaid. When they switched us over someone put mine on “waived” rather than “family”, so when I went to fill my prescription for a blood thinner, ( a life saving med), they said I was cut off. Not my fault, someone pushed the wrong button on a computer somewhere. I have been on the phone every day for more than a week now and NOTHING has been done. Every one says, I’ll mark it URGENT,, we will get ahold of you ASAP, she’s in a meeting she will call you back in a MOMENT, and NOTHING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!!!!!! This company is an office full of incompetence!!!!! They don’t care. What am I supposed to do; fly to Ontario or wherever the——- they are, to fix this?!?!?!?! They don’t even bother to email or ever phone me back!! They have 3 phone numbers and an email to get back to me but NOTHING!!! Worse customer service ever!!!! They don’t even deserve one star.Don’t sign up with these guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Je n'ai jamais créé un compte Sun Life. Depuis 2020, je reçois des courriels de leur part. À chaque fois que j'appelle pour le supprimer, on me dit que je n'existe pas dans leur dossier. Quand je téléphone une deuxième fois dans la journée, la préposée au service à la clientèle me dit que mon ancien employeur avait créé un compte. On m'envoie des formulaires à remplir à la maison et je leur retourne. À chaque fois, je n'ai aucune réponse. Donc, ça fait trois ans que l'histoire perdure et qu'on ne trouve toujours aucune solution au problème.

I called a few mins ago, my call was answered quickly. And the person who works here helped me very efficiently and was super nice. Great service, would rate it more stars if I could.

I booked my mothers medical insurance thru Ramandeep.and i would like to say he provides Excellent Service. Very professional. Ans all your queries relentlessly. After completing insurance process for my mom, he followed thru by calling a day before start date of insurance to ensure if i received everything as a professional courtesy.On Asking about extended Service, he suggested easy do it yourself approach rather than preying for additional charges. ( very rare).forget about asking for a 5 star rating ,He never even asked for review of his service.
